Konan Hauser is the Chief Operating Officer of the Bureau of Small Projects. Prior to the Bureau, he was head of operations for one of the oldest digital marketing firms in the US and the National Marketing Director for a health and wellness company. His big brand experience came in his role for the world’s largest print and television agency, Gannett. He helped draft national sales and marketing campaigns for brands such as ReMax, Macy’s, Acura, Chevy, and others there.

With a people-first approach to operations and management, he has helped grow the Bureau’s Kindness-First philosophy through decisive company values that permeate all decisions and engagements. He has driven the company into a hell-bent approach to customer satisfaction through the collection of metrics and feedback from current and past clients. This feedback, critical to the agency’s 5-star rating, has helped improve customer satisfaction.
