Shinyi brings a strong knowledge of management and systems to her work with the Bureau of Small Projects. With a background in creative industries, she enjoys fostering collaboration, creativity, and efficiency within mission-driven organizations.

Previously, she produced hundreds of hours of educational children’s content at Age of Learning, managed art production at TRIPP, and worked with Meta on their creator education program in collaboration with Scout House.

Shinyi earned her Bachelor of Arts in Critical Studies from the University of Southern California’s School of Cinematic Arts.
