Great Gun Oysters approached The Bureau of Small projects® to create a first in class web platform for the serious Epicurean. The goal was to approach oysters like a vintner approaches wine. They needed a website that tracks harvests microclimates and educates the serious gourmand about the flavor profiles of each.
