Building Inclusive Work Cultures That Thrive and Prosper

Inclusion Design Group provides a customized, experiential approach to helping companies of all sizes build real-world skills of diversity, inclusion, belonging, and equity (DIBE+) into their day-to-day culture. They came to The Bureau of Small Projects for a new website design as well as a focused Value Proposition and Messaging Guide.

The Challenge: Many corporations are looking for expert guidance integrating DEI (Diversity, Equity and Inclusion) into the workplace. There is a lot of competition in this field. Inclusion Design Group needed a new messaging strategy targeting corporations that truly wanted to apply best practices into their cultures who also understand the benefits to productivity and growth from integrating these DEI practices. We then created a new home page design and applied this messaging to their home page.

The Approach: The IDC leaders consist of a team of well educated, focused individuals who provided lots of wonderful input into the messaging exercise. Sometimes it’s hard for a highly educated group to agree on a singular message on what they do differently and better. That’s where our expertise comes in — to listen, absorb, distill and strategically craft that different and better message that convinces organizations seeking help to reach out and start the conversation. The Value Proposition and Messaging Guide was applied to the website and also used to center the design work and layout for the new home page.

The Results:

Inclusion Design Group was thrilled with their messaging strategy as well as how it was applied to the website. The website tells a compelling story of why inclusion is important and how ICD provides their different and better approach to corporate guidance.
