The Seed Transformation Program (STP) combines in-person and online sessions in a deeply concentrated learning experience for established companies. The STP is designed for business owners and up to five members of their senior management team and is led by Stanford Graduate School of Business faculty and supported by Stanford-trained advisors and experts.

Stanford reached out to The Bureau to help them find entrepreneurs in emerging markets in Asia and Africa. The program’s goal is to build thriving enterprises that transform lives through business strategy training programs.

The Challenge: The vetting process for the education programs is very specific and required us to “pre-qualify” the audiences in our messaging while maintaining a high click through rate of just the right types of business owners.

The Approach:

  • We tested a variety of videos, imagery and messaging across Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads and YouTube.
  • We compared brochure downloads with remarketing versus a direct call to action for a form submission.
  • We conducted strategy sessions on a regular basis and made adjustments where needed based on the data.

The results for a three-month period:
